Hi. About two days ago a gnawing pain started in my right side that spread to my

back under my right shoulder blade. The pain is almost like a severe hunger pain

and ebbs in and out at seemingly random intervals. The pain never really goes away

and has constantly throbbed for the past two days. I'm worried that it may be a

problem with my gallbladder or (less likely) my pancreas and would like some answers.
