Iam 26 years of age. when i was about 16 years of age my right testicle was swollen by that time i had malaria and i was told it was connected to the malaria. However four years ago, i noticed that the right testicle is not equivalent to the left one and on top of that i noted like 2 years ago that on certain occasions i feel a sharp cut deep in the right testicle and when u touch it, its abit harder and bigger than the right one.

Am scared could this affect my fertility??? What can i do?? i hVE NEVER TAKEN IT TO A DOCTOR FOR ANY CHECKUP.
