Hi!

So for a while now I've been occasionally getting pain on my left testicle. Usually it's all day long. Wherever I poke my testicle or squeeze it slightly it doesn't seem to hurt, until I get to an area where there is a small, round lump. If I poke/squeeze that it does hurt. I went looking around for an answer but different sites give different results, so I thought that I might as well try it on here.

Does anyone know what this is? I basically have like a small bump on the top side of my testicle that hurts when touched. It's been bothering me for a while now and I want to get rid of it. I'm 14 years old and we're going on holiday very, very soon so at the moment it would be very bad timing for me to tell my parents there is something wrong with my testicles.
