Ok now I have been masturbating for months now, once every day and never had an issue. I also shave every 2 weeks or so but recently I am having some pains in the region left of my testicle, not on the scrotum itself but left of it. They are more frequent when I stand still or pull the scrotum a little to the right but I don't notice any pain when walking. Should I be concerned of any sort of cancer or so? Please help me!
