hello, so about a year ago i began to notice a small bump on my left testicle and it was painful with or without me touching it. i saw a doctor and got an ultra sound and was told it was not cancer. i was very relieved, but a week ago the same pain is back and i have started urinating very frequently. i have to go at least once every 45 mins and when i do pee its not very much at all it just feels like alot. could this be a sign of either testicular cancer that they missed on the ultrasound or prostate cancer??? please help i am very worried.
