Basically a week or so ago I noticed painful urination. There wasn't really any inflammation or anything. I shrugged it off as some sort of cut. The burning sensation goes away a minute or so after I urinate anyway.
Well today I woke up, went to the bathroom, and noticed a white discharge as I pulled down my pants. I was pretty shaken.
I know I have to go to a doctor because this sounds like an STD, or bacterial infection, but I don't really know where to go in my small town. There's a clinic in town, but I don't know how much it costs. I'm very very limited on money. There's no free clinic nearby either.
