Update: My pain is unreal still. Feels dry because I have two sores on each side of my labia minora still and they still look like cold sores. My lymph nodes are swollen near my vagina. (very sore to when put pressure on it) I have a slight fever as well.
I think i may have a viral infection of some sort.
Still waiting on the cultures to be ready of my herpes test. :(

Hey, I am a medical student so I've learned quite a bit about infections, and that sure sounds like herpes. Herpes lesions are clusters of clearish/whitish blisters that appear on the mucosa. Although classically oral herpes are type 1 and genital herpes are type 2, nowadays with the prevalence of oral sex and such it can be either or. It doesn't matter because treatment is the same either way. To the person above who said that cheating was out of the question, the thing about herpes that makes it such a problem is it is truly a lifelong disease because it "hides" or stays latent in your body and can reappear at any time. Generally it appears during periods of emotional or physical stress. You or your partner might have contracted it before you were together, never noticed or never had lesions, and it's now choosing to appear at this time. Anyway, you can ask your doctor for a prescription of Acylocivir or Vanacyclovir, and use over the counter ointments for pain relief. It is very important to not have sexual encounters at all while you have an active outbreak. Not only can you pass the disease on to your partner, it is also MUCH easier to contact HIV from someone while you have a lesion. So, no sex while you have a lesion. Good luck!
