I feel like i have a small bubble stuck in my throat right under my adams apple. it started while i was eating spaghetti earlier after only a couple bites. it doesnt hurt at all. just really annoying. no matter how much i try to burp it still wont go away. i tried drinking water and pop but it still stays. at one point i felt it come up as throwup so im starting to think its vomit or acid or something but it just went back down because i cant get myself to throwup for some reason. its painless and tiny. when i swallow my spit it goes down and i dont feel it for maybe 5 seconds but it just comes right back. im going to go to sleep and hope its gone in the morning.. if anybody knows what it could possibly be, i'd appreciate the help. thanks

This could be a couple of things.  Do you have acid reflux at all?  If you do, it may be some inflammation in your throat from that.  You can get over-the-counter Zantac or other medication that will help with your acid reflux.  If you don't believe you have that issue, you may have a hiatal hernia that is causing food to get hung up when you try to swallow it.  Try seeing if taking care of the acid reflux helps or see your doctor to be assessed on whether you have a hiatal hernia or other problem.  An endoscopy may be ordered to visualize what is going on in your esophagus.  Good luck!
