I feel what you are going threw I also have same things happen to me for 2years went threw all kind of test and no one can find anything or tell me nothing I feel like I'm going crazy they say it's anxiety since they can't find anything but I've been on every med there is for anxiety and nothing helped been threw therapy ( physical, mental,and massage) even meditation nothing works so if anyone has anything that helps esp with the burning and tiredness please let me know

I have this problem too, not my heart have had it checked 3 times over the past 6 years. But last time I had this I had lung fungus and had to have part of my lung removed and be on a fungus med for a year. So guess I need to go to my lung specialist and see if its back.
