I have been having stomach pains for almost 2 months now from about my rib cage down to where my vigina is. what can I do about it. Plus I have been wakeing up with the pain in the morning.

so do i, for the past 5 years ive bin back and to my docs they said its IBS no medication worked had a blood test now they say i have coeliac disease . ive stuck to the diet still have terrible stomach and back pain and being woken up early cos of the pain.im waitig for a scan doc said could be fibroids wot next! im so run down can anyone help. :'(
