Hey guys im only 15 and ive had this problem for 4 maybe 5 years now . I have a broken testicle not sure if its broken or its varicocele's because it feels like there're inflamated strings attached to my testecle. But im not sure if its broken or that small ball i say i have is my teste and the varicoceles is causing it to shrink not sure plzz help me im scared to let my family know because im scared im gonna be infirtle. And i also get minor pains and dizzy sometimes

Okay, first thing, I don't think you don't have a broken testicle. From the literature, a broken testicle is a medical emergency, which would require immediate exploration/surgery. You would be in a lot of pain and have an accumulation of blood inside the scrotum. You need to speak to your parents about this and have them schedule a doctor's appointment in hopes of getting referred out to a pediatric urologist. This is affecting one testicle, so I don't know if this will make you infertile since you have the other testicle that is fine. Don't freak yourself out and see a doctor about it.
