I had bellspalsy syndrome. This is bilateral facial paralysis that has good prognosis. It lasted about 3 weeks. I started with treatment very early so it was helpful. I used prednisone 80mg during 5 days. Corticosteroids are not required to be long term used because of plenty of their side effects. Bellspalsy is idiopathic disease. I think that it’s not recurrent.
