This is a personality disorder with paranoid features. I can't explain it better than that. It goes like this. Pretend that I am a patient. You do something normal non hostile. I (the patient) misinterpret it, and I think that this action is actually hostile. Putting loyalty in general into question is a trait of patients of this condition. This is all I know about paranoid personality disorder.
