I was diagnosed with bilateral polycystic ovaries and now with parovarian cyst. How cn it be resolved/ does it mean i will not be able to conceive a baby anymore? how long it would take me to have a baby? what measures should i take to have a baby? Do i need to go into surgery to remove the parovarian cyst?

Did you have your cyst removed? I had a parovarian cyst 8 yrs. ago, and had it along with my ovary and tube removed. My cyst weighed 25 lbs. Yeah, it was massive! I had a baby 3 yrs. later. Just wondering if you found a good doc, and what your situation is now.
