if ur blood tests r normal,it probably wont be due to that..maybe u have been resting all the time since after the surgery, try to do some light excercise, like walking.or get ur blood levels checked too-meaning not your thyroid hormone levels but others like Hb,etc, maybe u have anemia?

There is lot of various reasons for fatigue and since you had surgery maybe you should slow down a little bit. First of all are you following all the advices your doctor has gave you? If you are not you could find answer to your question there. Sometimes we believe that we are stronger than we really are and our organism is trying to give us tips that we should slow down, and fatigue is just one of this signs.

If you are not eating properly or you are not in taking enough of fluids this can be the reason as well. Lower blood sugar can also cause fatigue. If you don’t stop feeling like this you should definitely consult your doctor.
