Ok so, my friend recently showed me that on his right arm there was a patch on his skin. It looked dry and flaky but when he scratched it no skin came off or peeled it just stayed there (thus saying that its something else other than dry skin since dry skin comes off when you scratch it) and when he scratched it, within 30 seconds another patch started to appear and it grew very fast to about the size of a pea in about a couple minuets. He then scratched that one and another one started to come up but it was very small and didn't grow that much.
He said it causes him burning pains too. I am very concerned for my friend and he wont go to the doctor about it so i was hoping somebody here knew something about it and would give me info and i could try and convince him to go to the doctors.

its hard to say what he has with out seeing it... i would try to get him to a doctor somehow. in the mean time can you get a picture of it??
