I would really like to build up my pecs. I have been training for almost year and a half and I have been doing great. I mean, I lost a lot of fat, I gained muscle mass, define it, but the pecs are still not the way they should be. I do not know why I am so obsessed with it, but that is how it is. Can you help me out? I would appreciate any good training program, as long as it is effective.

Do not worry: you are not the only one who wants great looking pecs. Actually, the only exercise that is always done in all the gyms round the world is related to pecs. Why are men so possessed with pecs, I cannot say. Anyway, if you want to build those muscles, just hit them with all the exercises that engages them. By working out from all positions (incline, decline, flat) and doing all possible things (barbell, dumbbell, cable, machine,) you are sure to gain some great effect. Just be patient, the effort will surely pay off!
