I am 24 and I would like to have no less-than-ideal physique. Genetically good form, I am training to keep my muscles primed and looking great but I have some problems with pecs. I do not have time to work out for countless hours for chest development, so I am asking for some tips.

There are three basic exercises for chest muscles. For the first exercise, use incline bench and dumbells with an overhand grip (for upper chest). For the second exercise, use flat bench and same technique (middle chest) and for the third exercise, use dipping bar handles and your own weight as overload.
