Pediod 8days late, pregnant?

hello raina29, like you my husband and i have just started trying to conceive also, i was not on the depo shot but i was taking the yaz pill, and i just stopped taking them about 2 weeks ago. what ive heard about the depo shot is that it could take a little longer for it to come out of your system to get pregnant so if you have been off of it for over a year there should be a very good chance that you could be. i dont want to get your hopes up, but if your 8 days late and you have been regular for over a year, then it sounds like you are. have you had spotting like that before. how long did it last. if you took one six days ago it could have possably been to early to tell. please dont be scared, like you i am ready to get pregnant to and the waiting sucks very bad. please go ahead and take one. i would wait one more week. if you dont start by then it should deffently show up by then good luck and best wishes to you. a little something about me. with my first son i knew i was pregnant cuz i missed a period and i was regular. my husband didnt beleave me at first but the whole month i didnt have one and i took 8 pregnancy tests, keep in mind that they come in packs of 2 so basically it was 16 tests i took . cheap to expensive. all came back negative. the beginning of that next month i finally went to planned parent hood, cuz i was having symptoms of pregnancy different smells made me sick. i felt sick at night stuff like that. and it took a little but but it came out positive. light at first then darker the longer it sat. so i knew. you can also have cramping around period time and it be that your pregnant. so again good luck anything can happen. let me know what happends.

Thanks so much for writing. I am going to take another test Friday morning, as that would be just over a week. I had never had spotting like that. It was extremely light ( only when i wiped) and lasted about 3days, it seems to be gone now. As for symptoms I've never been pregnant before but, im getting up in the middle of the night to go to the washroom, im constipated, I have a constant headache, and I'm nauseated in the evenings. Ive heard that the first thing that you notice is your breasts changing but I havnt experienced that at all...Im so confused I want to be pregnant so baddly. I am going to take another test on Friday and if I still havnt got my period ill book a doc appointment. Ill let you know what happens on Friday!!
