I have those same symptoms and more. My gynecologist found out during surgery to remove an ovarian cyst that I was stage four severe Endometriosis . I also have polyps and fibroids. I'm in pain all the time and during my cycles it's cripling. It's been four years since my diagnosis and I've finally found a team of doctors that's qualified and confident to perform the surgery I need. Gynecologist, gastrointolegist, urologist.

It sounds like it could be endometriosis - has all of those symtoms and others, you don't have to show all the symptoms to have it either and the ONLY way to know for sure/100% if you have it is through laproscopic procedure where they can actually see it -- I have it and have had several surgeries for it, it is a true pain in the butt but after the surgeries and healing I feel better for a few years until it unfortunately builds up again and the only way to get rid of it is through surgery again - it is a woman's disease, not cancerous not dangerous just very uncomfortable and painful and can make you miserable, some Drs treat with hormones because it is hormonaly based(like prescribing the pill that regulates your hormones each month) and I did that for may years, it helped but did not cure it - definitely talk to your Gyno about all your symptoms and your monthly cycle, its all connected for us females ;) the other thing that would bring me some relief was a heating pad and advil/ibuprophen -- good luck and I hope you feel better and get some answers

I have all of your symptoms and have QUIT ortho-tri-cyclen since 2013 due to a period for almost 5 months to decrease heavy blood flow, and had Mirena inserted Aug 2013. Period went away after the 1st year (mirena side effect) This whole past yr since Sept 2014, I have 2-3 periods a month, and it's not blood it's just brown spotting/discharge - no odor. Excruciating pain immediately after sex, as well as brown spotting for up to 3-5 following days. Mother thought it had to do with eating seeds and/or yeast. I do not see a pattern. I see it's been a year since your post. What was your outcome?

-Alyssa (24 yrs old Female. NO kids, Never pregnant, NO surgeries)
Current medications: Mirena (inserted Aug 2013) AND carbamazepine (Tegretol for Epilepsy). This is all i am taking

I was encouraged to research more about Pelvic Inflammatory Disease on another search forum regarding these symptoms.

Ive had these pains on and off for 20 years and had to stay up all night with them so if it was ovarian cancer I would not still be here so I wouldn't worry a great deal although ive never gone to the doctors myself

There seems to be no answer to this problem. I went to the doctor with them when they developed about five to six years ago. I have recently had my ovaries & tubes removed because of family history but nobody can explain the feeling of pressure which still remains. I have read in the past on this forum about a few cases which have had the uterus removed and
still get the discomfort.

I too have those pains. I think it's gas that have gotten trapped inside due to intercourse or something. It can make you feel like you are going to die. I noticed that every time this happens to me, it's around the time that I'm really gassy and then I mix that with a little intercourse. Then the next thing I know, I'm having these pains and pressure that have me squirming. The pain and pressure normally last a day or until I force myself to fart or force myself to do number 2.

I also get these pains, they come and go. I've gone to the doctor and as usual, they have no idea. You just gotta deal with it but if you become very worried go for piece of mind. The numbness and tingling in your hands is a side effect of anxiety which is more common than people realize although there's probably other conditions that cause that as well. Just my thoughts, hope it helps!

I had my ovary and tubes removed but still have this discomfort. Sometimes worse than others. I get no pain just pressure. I have been told my uterus isn't pressing on anything - nobody seems to know the reason behind this.
