What about pelvic organ prolapse? In my research, I've found that hysterectomies can make it worse. And it mimics the symptoms people are having. Just a thought.

Seems I'm a year late to the pain party.
I'm currently sitting on a heating pad, unable to function due to the stabbing/pinching/debilitating pain in my perineum.
Not on my period.
Not pregnant.
No STDs.
Normal bowel movements.
No discharge.
No logical diagnoses.
Just the unbearable pain that feels like something is trying to burst through the space between my vagina and anus.
No special positions help. Sitting on the toilet does not improve the pain, which is so bad that I can not bear down to attempt a bowel movement... but I already had two healthy ones this morning.
Help!

I just had all those foods you just listed and I am for the most part healthy, so that may be my problem. Thanks!

The pain stops me in my tracks and only happens 2-3 times per year for many years now, before and after total hysterectomy. I believe this comes after multiple vaginal deliveries and weak pelvic muscles. Research pelvic prolapse, it could be rectal prolapse as well.

Ask them to make sure you don't actually have a hernia. I've heard they are hard to detect in women. Lookup article in NY Times- In Women, May Be Hidden Agony

I have been having pain left of center in my lower abdomen. When pressure is applied to my pelvic bone the pain shoots up into my abdomen. Thought maybe it was my bladder , ureter or uterus. UTI was negative. No vaginal discomfort, discharge or bleeding. I do feel like I have to pee more frequently.

If you have had a vaginal ultrasound and it came back normal, you don't have ovarian cancer.

I was getting that pain alot last year. Sometimes would last for days. I still get it now and. Its usually starts a hour after eating and sometimes eased by eating or made worse so i figured it was digestive system. But initially thought it was ovarian cysts or something to had ultrasound but was clear. Oh mines on my left side but.
