I am 16 years old boy i didn't have sex yet but i mastuburate sometimes my penis head has a red colour layer at the end of its head and it's forskin is hard and dry u can say having wrinkles on it or u can say rashes. Me much worried about it can anybody tell me what is it and how to get rid of it???
