hi about 2 months ago i realise that when my penis is hard that i have alot of red painless lumps and bumps.when it is flasid i have a red small ring around the top of my penis were i wee from and other than that its all good.just recently i have felt pain in the end of my penis to.but there is no pain when i touch it,so its no seeminly sencitive.my testicals and around my anus also seem quite itchy in the last 2 weeks too. for 1o days i have been using anti fungus cream on the penis and it seemed to work a treat until to days ago.it had nearly gone 100%.but alas it came back two days ago with avengence.i have also stopped using soap and masturbating.
does any 1 have any help at all. please its driving me nuts(excuse the punn) cheers to any 1 who can help.,
