I am from Afghanistan male 30 and sexually active I have a 0.5 cm round lump on the left side edge of the penis glans for the past two months. Its totally painless, no itching, I don't even feel like its there. I went to a few doctors in here one they all say different things such as PPP, LP,HERPES.

but when I searched online it doesn't look like anything similar to me. Since this is a poor country there is not much medical facilities in Afghanistan for accurate tests.

I will appreciate any ideas or advises
