For the last two years I've had pain in my penis whenever I go out or go toschool. I'm 14 uncircumsized with a frenulum. When I don't drink water and go out I get a painful burning sensation in the head of my penis. I've been to the doctors and they couldn't find anything with a urine test. I never used to drink water before so this problem only started 2 years ago. I also woke up a few times with the pain too like 4 times. What could it be or what can I do? Please help.
