if your a smoker then stop smoking,go to the gym and get lots of exercise,try clenching your pee muscle(the muscle that stops you peeing in mid flow) for about 10 minutes 3 times a day,squeeze it at hard as you can for those ten minutes on and of.Squeeze hard for 10 seconds and relax for 5 seconds .Keep doing this for the 10 minutes.This is not a sure fire way of making it bigger i think only surgery can make it truly bigger but this will help you create more blood flow into the penis making it allways look a little bigger. hope this helps :-)
