My period is almost 10 days late...I'm usually pretty regular. I've taken three pregnancy test and all of them negative. What should I do? Am I pregnant?

hiii im also in the same boat....my period are 10 days late...well few b4 days i had all pregnancy symptoms... but now suddenly there gone...i took 15 hpt and 2 blood test but all negative....now my doctor gave me duphston pill to start my period....but still i wonder am i pragnant... ??????pls help!!!!
oooo by the way just 2 months back i had a d n c....my baby heartbeat was stoped in 7 weeks...and that was becz i had sex twice same day with my husbund...:( firstly i had brownish discharge then heavy bleeding then i miscarried the baby( all my mistake..) i suggest all preggo ladies pls dont have sex in first trimster.....
