Hi, I had sex after 14 days of my 1st day of period, then i had my periods in the normal cycle but, now after 7days of my period since morning i am suffering from Nausea and headache and do not feel like eating anything, doest it mean i am pregnant.Please help.

Not it does not mean you are pregnant. If you just had a normal period AFTER you had sex, it is very unlikely that you are pregnant.
You could just have a GI infection or flu.
Give it some time.
