Pocket of fluid in my ear lobe

You should be worried about this. The fact that you have blood in your ear is very concerning. The pimple can be very dangerous when it is located in your ear. You should try to clean your ear as much as you can but in my opinion you will need a help form the doctor to clean the whole ear. You might have problems with hearing later in life. You should also know that this might even cause the ear infection which can be very painful. Have you used any ointments for the pimple during this period? I know that some try to get rid of the pimple with some topical creams or something similar.

its a cyst, and a very common thing to happen on the ear lobe or back of your ear. if you went to the doctors their just going to pop it, as you would at home. if you pop it just clean it with a qtip and some sort antibacterial cleaner. if you had blood in it its because it got infected from not being drained. i get them all the time and i hate it but there really not much you can do to prevent it. do not use ointments like karen suggested.
