How does cathflo work? My husband has a problem with high blood pressure. But as he didn’t experience any symptoms, he didn’t take therapy. Now his heart function is damaged. He takes beta blockers and he lost on weight. I am interested in policy for cathflo. How does it help in heart miss function?

Cathflo is registered name for alteplase. Alteplase is an enzyme that binds to fibrin in thrombus and what it works there is fibrinolysis.
Hypertension when untreated may cause myocardial infarction. Cathflo is administered when restoration of function in central blood vessels is needed. It is administered by bolus injection, direct to systemic circulation.
Local fibrinolysis is very important protection of flebothrombitis and acute heart attack.
