I blew my nose and my ear popped very painfully and I was very dizzy..I am still having mild pain and I feel a headache coming on..What could this be from.. I went to the dr. last week and she confirmed that I have fluid due to a previous URI..

This sounds like you might have ear infection - this infection usually affects middle ear that, besides hearing, has important role in keeping the balance, so it's not that uncommon that you feel dizziness or nausea when you have problems with middle ear. And fluid buildup doesn't help at all. Do yo have any fever or do you feel like the pain or other symptoms have gotten worse since last visit to the doctor? If this lasts too long, you will have to see the doctor again because maybe you will need antibiotics for this to go away.
