I had a normal period on May 11th, and since then have had unprotected sex with my bf & used the pull out method on: 5/8 & 9, 5/16 &17, 5/28, 29, 30 & 31st, and was supposed to get my period on June 7th (I've been on the pill but was also on antibiotics & this is how I got pregnant last year). I had light spotting of light/dark brown "old" blood for 2-3 days and then nothing at all, and especially no new blood. I thought I was going to start getting a period after the spotting, but have not had ANYTHING! I feel tired all the time, have to pee a lot, my boobs hurt and feel heavier, I am constipated and having pains, and feel quite nauseated throughout the day and certain smells make it worse. I took a HPT last Tuesday and went to the OBGYN and did a blood test last Thursday & they were both negative, but I still feel pregnant. What's wrong with me and why am I feeling this way and no period? In addition to that my bf and I were together on 6/12, 13 & 14 and he came inside me 2x, so can I be pregnant from the earlier dates or from the recent dates even though I'm on the pill, and if so, when will it show up on a urine or blood test? I'm nervous but just want to figure out if I am pregnant or not and am not sure if I should keep taking my pill or certain medications I’m on, because I don't want the baby to have any side effects or problems, if it turns out I am pregnant. What do I do? When should I take a test? Why did I miss my period if the blood & urine are negative as of last Thursday? Should I wait to see if I miss next month's period before I start to worry? Please advise! Thanks....

There is the possibility that you are indeed pregnant even though you tested negative, even on the pill and using the "pull out method." (Hey, just ask me. My first child was conceived while on the pill, the second one was conceived 5 years later using the pull out method.)
What dates did you have your spotting for 2-3 days? Also, are your periods regular?
As to your other symptoms, don't be so fast in applying those to pregnancy symptoms. With the exception of breast tenderness (I have that throughout the month due to gas and/or indigestion.), all of those other symptoms can be chalked up to anxiety/panic, so please do as I say and not as I do (I'm about to post my own problem as soon as I'm finished here) and try to stay cool. Go here for anxiety symptoms:
I think that it would alright to throw away the 5/8 and 5/9 out, since you started your last period after them. The rest of your May dates do fall during your most fertile time. I wouldn't worry about the June dates. Yet. Since you were on antibiotics while one the pill and already had one pregnancy due to that, your pill possibly wasn't effective, just like last time. So, you had sex without protection (it's always best to presume the worst so that you get more accurate results.) You more than likely tested way too early. Because sperm can live in a woman's body for six days (and since there's no indication of when you ovulated, so we'll use that maximum number, which is longer than the egg is viable), count 6 days from the 31st (June 6). Next, since the fertilized egg doesn't implant itself until after 6-12 days, count 12 days from June 6 (again, longest length of time). Therefore, I would retest no earlier than Friday, June 18. You should know by then.
