post acdf/lumbar laminectomy/rotator cuff repair w anchors partial clavictectomy with in last four

Wow, you have been put through the ringer, I would say!  I know you will get better though it seems like you won't.  I had rotator cuff surgery a few years ago and thought I would never be back to normal but after six months, I was seeing a light at the end of the tunnel.  The first two weeks were the worst I had ever experienced as far as pain.  I hope you are beyond those 2 weeks and that you are on the mend.  Take care of yourself, and accept help from others when you get it.  It will help you heal faster when you put yourself first.  Good luck!

Hi, I am 11 days post op and this surgery has been very painful. I have OA and crumbling for years.:( I am trying to stay positive but it is difficult. Seems I have lost huge chunks of memory hard to remember things going to neuropyschiatrist this week. Thank you for your encouragement:)
