I had ordered few days a go a bunch of chemicals in powder form from my local supplier. It was my first thought, at the time of picking it up from my supplier that the chemical had solidified. So, he ordered an exchange for me, but it has returned the same way. All of the chemicals I ordered are granulated. However, the Potassium Bromide is semi granulated and some of it is clumped in the size of golf balls. Is this normal?

Likely the easiest way to measure it accurately isn't dependent on it being finely granulated. Potassium bromide will keep forever in water solution. Dissolve the KBr in a suitable quantity of water to make a 1%, 2%, or 5% solution, whatever is convenient to measure for the quantities you use. I have a tiny bottle of potassium iodide that's the same way.
