I am a 19 year old male. I have a problem when leading up to intercourse and during intercourse my heart beats reallyyyyyy fast as if someone had a gun to my head or something. It can be very uncomfortable and embarrassing. I had a girlfriend for a while and being I was close to her it wasn't too big of a deal but now that I am in college and meeting new people it is a lot more embarrassing. What can I do to slow down my heart rate? Is there any sort of medicine I can take?

Well it's normal for your heartbeat to race it's an experience that WOW but if it feels uncomfortable take deep breathe-no remember to breath(!)and slow down or take a break and when your near just don't think about it
