HI,im very confused as i have missed my period for 2weeks now,and today i had hpt but it came negative,but i feel im pregnant(dont know im right or wrong).i dnt have any symptoms,but i feel very thrusty all the time,its not normal for me though.pee a lot as well.i have lower abdominal pain and back pain too.feel like i'll have period,but no sign of period.can anybody help,pls tell me is hpt test shows wrong results? is possible that im pregnant or its just my fantasy?
