Effexor's only real effect on pregnancy as best I've seen is lowering sperm count, so if you've conceived on effexor, then that's really good! Other than that, there should be no ill effects on your child so I would like to put your mind at rest. If you are still concerned you can always consult a doctor as well. Keep us posted!
