Pregnancy Symptoms While On Depo!? Could I Be?

What happens if you are on antibiotics and having sex on the shot? I have been on the shot since April 13 haven't ever bleed no cycles. The first month I cramped a bit. After that nothing, no bleeding or cramping. When I started the shot I actually lost 10 pounds. Recently after having unprotected sex for a few weeks. I have been sick in the mornings. I never throw up unless I'm pregnant and have thrown up twice. I have been spotting off and on the last six days now. Its normally brown/dark red. Had a clot that was the size of a dime. I have been cramping off and on it varies from dull and achy to sharp. Only thing that normally helps are hot baths and a heating pad Gets bad at night. I have been eating a lot more now I am just hungry all the time. I feel pregnant but the test keep coming back negative. I had one test two weeks ago show a faded positive test then faded back to negative. Past pregnancies haven't shown up on a test until between 9-12 weeks.What is going on? Could I actually be pregnant?  

Well typically, the doctor should pregnancy test u before they give you the shot, so that is unnlikely u were pregnant before, and not having a period is a very common side effect to the shot, just make sure to get your next shot overlapped within the 3 months, or else (at least at my doctor) they will give you a pregnancy test. If this is something you want tho, tell your doctor next time you go for the shot and they should clear it up for you

Hi ov been on the depo shot for nearly a year now. All the symptoms i'v had is my stomach getting bigger,feeling bloated and dizziness.I haven't took a pregnancy test yet but I'd really like some advice.

did your sister take a lot of home pregnancy tests? i took like 10 and they all came out negative but i am always scared that i am pregnant! how many did she take before the blood test and do you know how long she was on the shot before she got pregnant?

I've been having pregnancy symptomsm about 2 months now, I miscarried back in Feb 2013 and started then and went off for a month and restarted in June. I've had. Negitive blood test but the nurse told me to have it retaken. Get a ultrasound done or a heart beat test. (Also nurse advice) Depo lowers estrogen which can possibly lead to low pregnancy hormone levels during testing. My friend didnt find out till she was 7 months along that she got pregnant while on depo

Tbh I have had a lot of the same symptoms but I was very concerned and have just asked my doctor about it I said I felt sick and gained a lot of weight my appetite changed and I said what are the chances of getting pregnant ? She says its very unlikely on depo you will get pregnant but it still scares me everytime I only feel like that sometimes but I hope to god I'm not!!!!

I feel the same exact way! I've had about 2 injections so I haven't been on it very long and me and my boyfriend do uk what a whole lot and everytime he you know what's. And I don't feel like depo could stop me from gettin pregnant went we do it so much and he does that everytime. Almost everytime I see him we do that. And lately all of a sudden... I have these strong symptoms.. I get nauseated, tired 24/7 (have to take a nap from 12-5 everyday.) , I get this bubbly feeling in my stomach?, lower back aches are terrible on me, headaches.... The worst, and I've searched every sight and every symptom and I have them all. I took two home pregnancy tests(cheap) but negative .. But no matter what I still FEEL PREGNANT. Like it won't go away. And I just really need some help?! My boyfriend knows and he's also curious he promised he's gonna stay by my side no matter what too. So we just realllllllly wanna find out?! Any help?

Hi, I've been on the depo shot for 3 months. Haven't gained weight, I have cramps, tired, and I spot everyday. Its normally like darkish redish but here lately its been like brownish. I don't know if I'm pregnant or not, I got my last shot I think it was the beginning of this month, and the same day after I had unprotected sex with my bf, could I be pregnant?

No offense ladies but no no no we r not preqnant its jiz the shot ive ben qettin every symptom but iknow im not preqnant soooo quit worrying nd praise all mighty for the blessinqs we do have nd of we cant afford to qet checked out first then we dnt need ne kids

Well I've been on the shot for 15 months and after 3 time getting the shot my period have stopped. Every once in a while I'll spot for a day or 2 but then it's gone. And I never had anything throwing up. What you have to keep in mind is the shot is designed to stop your period so your body thinks your pregnant when your not and that can be where all your pregnant signs are coming from

Hi Everyone, I have been on the Depo Shot for a little over 2 years now and have been having pregnany symptoms for about a month or so now including nausia, I'm tire all the time, I eat like you would not believe and I seem to pee more than usual and I have been bloated for about a week. A couple days ago I went to the ER because I was having bad abdomen pain. Well, they tested for everything, did a urine and blood test to see if I'm pregnant and they both say negative. Today is day 4 since i was to the Er and my stomach is still feeling bloated and is round like I am pregnant. I am a mother of 4, but nothing feels the same and I don't feel pregnant just bloated. I'm due for my next shot February 22nd, but I'm not sure if I should wait and get more tests done or get my shot?? But I am going to call my Family Dr. on Monday and see what he says.

i had my first depo shot in jan here when i first got my shot i thought oh great im not going to get my period at all yet i did and still am and its been about 30 days now but i think it is going away finally but what is having me worried is for most of it i was just spotting at times it was like flowin like a river im more tired as ever gained weight very moody breast are leaking out milk which my last child i had is all most for months old and i stoped giving him breast milk with in the first month yet with them being itchy i notice im still able to get out some no i havent actually checked to see how much i can get but it is eough to know that i am in this just yesterday i was coming home form the store and here i told my husband that to me it feels like some one is grabbing my belly as into say oh what a wonderfull baby now the last two times that i felt that was when i had my first two kids is this some thing to be ?ing ?
