On February 22, I had my first time having sex. Don't judge, please, I haven't had sex since. I got my period one or two days after and it was light for the next few days. Since then, I've been moody and my boobs are a little tender. It's March 13. So it has been exactly 20 days after I had sex. It was unprotected and we used the withdrawal method. He knew when he was going to come so he pulled out and didn't come in me. I haven't had my period since, but I'm irregular still. I usually get it at the end of the month but I had skipped it the month before my last period, too. I took a pregnancy test today, (20 days after sex), and it came out to be negative. Did I take it at the right time? Yes, I followed the directions, but I need further input of what happens. If you can, reply quickly please! Thank you for your time.

Hi Confused,
Yes, 20 days after having sex should give you an accurate reading. It takes 2 weeks at a minimum, 3 weeks is better before they become accurate.
It is VERY unlikely that you will get pregnant having sex JUST before your period. You are at your LOWEST fertility.
I don't think you are pregnant. You did have a period.
Your other symptoms are NOT specific to pregnancy.
Not judging, just suggesting, birth control pills or condoms are very reliable used correctly. The pull-out method is NOT. Precum can get you pregnant.
Again, I don't think you're pregnant.
Hope it helps.
