Hey my last period was 23/3 and I'm suppose to start my period on the 20/4. For the past week I've had mild cramping, headaches, enlarged tender breast and backache. Today I noticed some very light red/pink spotting (I think) 6 days before my period is due.. I come off the implant in march so I've only had one period. Is it me just wishful thinking or could I be pregnant? Can someone reply please?

You could be those are all early symptoms of pregnancy unfortunatly those are also symptoms of ovulation so it could be either, take a test, i hope you're wsihes are fufilled :)

Thankyou.. I've taken ovulation test throughout the week and they come back negative.. I just hope tom hasn't come to visit I've been so excited all week xx
