It started from the trip back from Taiwan...

It started with chills all over my body, and I figured out I might come down with a flu or a fever, but it didn't, even when I reached home.

I have now a sore throat that slowly increases in intensity, now to the point that swallowing saliva causes pain.

I have an asthma history from childhood and had a tiny relapse 2 years ago, and now I tend to wheeze a little when I squeeze all the air out of my lungs.

Even more annoying is the consistent pressure pressing against my head. If i apply pressure on the sides of my heads just diagonally above and in front of the ears, it seems to give slight relief. Once I release it, it returns to the annoying pressure.
Additionally, if I do exaggerated movements, such as walking faster, it seems to increase in pressure to the point of giving me pain. Also, any movements like bending down causes pain in my skull.

What is the cause of this? Is this serious?

I tried the following home remedies:
-Salt water gargle
-drinking warm manuka honey
-taking panadol

They seem to give very temporal relief... Please help!
