I used to air going up to my head. it drove me nut but i went for massage twice a month and it subside. maybe you want to try going for massage? i'm only left with tightness on my left ear to the other side of the ear. it's  very tight as though someone just screw my head. i went to see a homeopathy doc and he told me that my blood vessel is thinning and he said it's due to the weak liver. i go for massage still with another masseur and when she massage my neck it hurts alot. maybe you want to try traditional chinese medicine. find the reputable one and tell them the pain u're having.

usually they don't know what to do so you need to inform them the specific area of pain. i believe it's actually a pinch on the shoulder nerves. after a massage usually u will feel even painful. this could be due to the fact that there is sudden rush of blood to the head. make sure they massage u and not put u on electric acupunture. i had electric acupunture 4 days ago and it makes my head muslce even more tight that i had to see my masseur yesterday.

happy trying! i've been suffering it for 2 years now and undergoing whichever treatment is good.

I am currently 27 yrs old and I experience several symptoms at random. There are no underlying causes I could think of other than physical and mental stress. Sometimes I would have mild but sharp chest pains that I could pass off as either heart burn or costochondritis. Other times times I would feel fast and rapid palpation under my eye or below my eyelid when I'm tired. Then there are the headaches and the types varies: like air building under your scalp then suddenly pops; or needle point localized pain that last for only a few seconds; or stiffening and heavy tension at the nape.

I've been experiencing these various symptoms, among more others, since age 23 if I recall correctly. I might as well mention that I'm a nurse thus I have inquired from my fellow staffers and doctors about my ailments though I have not undergone any actual diagnostic exams such as CAT Scans, MRI, or blood tests. I have poor irregular sleeping and eating habit due to my profession plus I don't vegetables nor do I take any supplements or multivitamins on a regular basis.

I had concluded with my myself after further research and readings on the net that indeed most, if not all, of my symptoms are mainly caused by physical and mental stress. Anxiety and depression are also playing factors to these. I tend to over think and become pessimistic when I'm alone so my best cure is to distract myself by either reading novels, watching movies, listening to music, or conversing and hanging it friends. These helped a lot in alleviating my symptoms. When with good company. I rarely experience any of the symptoms. So it all amounts to coping with stress, staying happy and and positive minded.

I just wanted to share these with you all and hope that people would rely on [anti-anxiety] medications less and on their family and friends more. Having good company does great wonders. And I don't mean the alcohol that comes with hanging out.

I've been having the same symptoms. I took amoxillin 500mg and after that I started having theses symptoms so am wondering if that's the reason why am feeling this way. All I can say is just to trust in God and keep the faith cause I've been to many doctors and they think everything is in my head.

most of these pains are a sign of visual problems. Have an eye check.

I have had many of these symptoms since I was only 8 yrs old, at 16 after exhaustive testing they decided i had fibromaylijia.  When I was 30 I had thyroid cancer and just last year I found out I have heavy metal poisoning.  My mercury level was 7 times the toxic level but lead copper zinc and arsenic were way above recommended exposure levels too.  Im not sure where I came in contact with it but it may explain many of my symptoms.  Many states do not recognize mercury poisoning as legit like mine but Minnesota is where I get my treatments.  My insurance company dose not recognize it either so I have to pay cash each time I get a treatment which is recommended every 6 weeks.  In case you have never heard, mercury poisoning is what caused the mad hatter to go mad and it can make you feel crazy and sometimes suicidal but if you understand why it is happening it is easier to deal with.  I wish more doctors where aware of these effects and that the ADA would out law the use of mercury in dental fillings and vaccinations.  I hope this may help some of you.  Good luck and God bless.

I have this pain at the bottom of my right side stomach. It is a very sharp pain that comes and goes. Sometimes it is on both sides and it's making me go to the toilet a lot! What could be causing it?
