Have you started or been taking any medication. Ones for frequent urination,can cause reduction in semen,and others side effects. Lot of anti-depression medicine cane also cause decreased sex drive erection problems or decrease sensation so you can't achieve orgasm. First thing therapist want to change is medication, till they find one THEY think works. If none of this applies to yoou, have Dr. run tostesterone test.Some times drop in levels will effect. Have Dr.give you sample of Viagra, if that works, then you can narrow problem down. Have tesats done for heart and cholesteral.Sometimes decreased blood flow will cause this.
