I have been married for 5 months and got the chance to live with her for 1 & 1/2 months. While i was with her, we had sex for every alternate days for short duration.

Every time i ejaculate inside the vagina, but as soon as i take out my penis, the semen also comes out albeit she keep her lower ups for 5/10 min. Is there any problem with her sex or should i hold after ejaculation for longer period. what is the actual medical procedure. Please clarify me.

There are millions of sperm that come out as you ejaculate. If you are trying to get her pregnant then I think you have nothing to worry about. A lot may be coming out when you pull out but even more are already swimming around inside. If it would make you feel more at ease then yes, you could stay inside of her for a bit longer just to make sure. Hope I understood your question and gave you a little help :-)

Normally, most of the man's ejaculate runs out of the vagina right after sex.

Couples who are trying to conceive try things like keeping her hips elevated for 5-15 minutes after sex so the sperm and semen will run "down" toward her cervix, and shorten the path the sperm have to travel.

However, all it takes is one sperm. And many people have conceived with just one round of intercourse.

If you're just talking about how you feel after intercourse, you could attempt to stay in her or cuddle longer, or stay somewhat connected. But a man typically will loose his erection fairly quickly after climax...and so it's very difficult to "stay in her".

If you're NOT trying to get pregnant, I'm not sure what your goal is. I'd concentrate on building your relationship with her before, during and after sex... that bonding and closeness is the real treasure worth pursuing.

Good luck.
