I feel as though the ice eating cause my constipation as well. I am told it does not but I notice the days I eat less I am fine the days I have my biggest cravings maybe 100/120 pieces of ice from my ice maker I get constipated !

I've loved eating ice my entire life. I am currently 28 years old. I concur with each and every point you stated. I had no idea that eating ice may be unhealthy. until I started to feel weak. I was not informed by my doctor that eating ice could be the culprit.

Yes I have the same problem. My taste buds have changed. It says it should return to normal once you stop eating ice after about two weeks. The buds regenerate pretty fast.
