I have been having pulsating like dizziness in my head for the last three days i also can feel this in my arms and hands, there is no pain what so ever ...i get this feeling i have noticed every month now has anyone experienced this ...what could this be

Have you found anything out about this yet? I too have these pulasting flashes in my head, there is no pain and there is a swoosh sounds. Rapid succession and lasts a few seconds. It happens several times a day. I also get dizzy at times, just off balance, not to where I fall down. Please let me know if you have any answers to your symptoms.
