in the last few months i have noticed, as well as my girlfriend that the odour from my glands around my penis have become very strong, even if i shower, i can smeel it straight after. i read that drinking coffee can do this, so i have cut down, and stopped. i drink plenty of water and eat healthy, im vegetarian....im kinda concerned, could it be some kind of infection??

This can be very problematic. Have you seen any specialists about this issue? You are saying that it could be from coffee. Have you tried substituting coffee with green or black tea? Tea is very healthy and it might help with your problem. These problems are usually presented in women because they can easily get yeast infection. Men can get this to. Have you looked this up as possible cause of the strong smell in pelvic aria? I think you should try with some antibacterial cream here. Or you could go and see an urologist so he can do some testing and try to find a solution.
What is your diet consisted of? Maybe something in your diet is causing this.
