I have started doing pushups every morning. For which muscles are they exactly? Inner or outer? I am a bit overweight and I guess that first I will have to burn fat layer that have on my stomach. I think that that way it will be allowed to inner muscles to show up.

That’s true. I included diet program with pushups every morning. I did it three months ago and have the results. That way I have developed my inner and outer pectoral muscles, also abs, triceps and back muscles. I increase number of pushups that have to do weekly. Doesn’t take much time but is really very effective.

If you are a little bit overweight you definitely have to work on that first. You can have very developed inner muscles but if you have too much fat around your waist they will not be noticeable.
It is best to start with adjustment in your nutrition. You are probably very well aware what are your bad habits so first you should do is to get rid of them.
Then try to increase intake of the fluids into your organism because this will make you less hungry and it is very beneficial. Naturally you can exercise all this time but there is no point in activating only one group of muscles. I would advise you to go to the gym.
