Are  there any exercises that help my muscles to be more defined? I don't have a problem with gaining mass  because I already have it but now I am interested just in shaping my muscles. 

I don't want to get any bigger really, just want to shape my biceps, triceps , abs and chest. How do i train for this? I am afraid that i will just keep getting bigger and bigger. What should i do


any exersise does the job, its just how you do it! you wanna do at least 3 sets of at least 12 reps of the exersise you are doing. that way your strength increases and your cardiovascularity aka "shape" and you wont gain mass, but this all also depends on diet!
