Pussed filled bumps on my vagina, on other occasions huge r

If I remember correctly it started not to soon after i started growing pubic hair. I rarely shave and have never had ANY sexual intercourse. There these bumps somewhat like under te skin some bumps bigger than others. They pop really easly, a white puss comes out followed by blood. The red bumps are usually at the bottom of my vagina, sort of close to my anus. They usally hurt and are very red. I don't get those as often as the puss filled ones though. PLEASE HELP, Im 15 and like I said I have never been sexually active in any way. Im embarrased/scared to tell anyone including my mother, so please help!
